allows you to exchange files and directories with buddies while conversing with them. This enables you
to exchange information, such as business plans and spreadsheets, which cannot be explained through typing instant messages.
You can also restrict a buddy from viewing protected files. To send a file or directory to a buddy:
1) From the 'Buddy List', select a buddy.
2) From the 'People' menu, click 'Send File to Buddy'. (The 'File Transfer' dialog box

3) Enter the screen name in the 'Enter the screen name of the buddy' drop-down list.
